What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of BYD to our customers—empowering them to make informed, exciting decisions about the future of driving across the Caroline Springs region.

Your Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers in our Caroline Springs showroom, offering detailed product information and live demonstrations.
  • Understand customer needs and budgets, recommending suitable models and configurations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through proactive follow-up.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales journey—test drives, quoting, CRM updates, and contract processing.
  • Deliver an outstanding experience pre- and post-sale, addressing questions and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Support promotional activities, marketing events, and new product launches in the region.
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries and conduct comprehensive handovers.
  • Collaborate with finance and service departments to deliver seamless service.
  • Stay informed on EV trends and BYD model updates.
  • Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
About You

You'll Ideally Have
  • Proven track record as a top-performing automotive sales professional
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and close deals
  • Passion for innovation, sustainability, and cutting-edge technology
  • A valid driver's licence and clean driving record
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays (5-day roster)
  • Previous EV or automotive sales experience is highly regarded—but we are also open to training exceptional talent
