**Key responsibilities include**:

- Formulate and execute the organisation’s People and Culture strategy.
- Workforce planning, succession planning and L&D.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, conducting end to end investigations and promoting a safe and respectful work environment.
- Performance Management, HR policy and compliance.
- Compensation and Benefits.
- HR Reporting.
- WHS

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in a HR environment, with demonstrated capacity to undertake a comprehensive range of HR generalist functions.
- Demonstrated knowledge, practical experience and interpretative capacity to advise and support on a broad range of HR/ER/IR matters.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing people and culture strategies that have brought about positive results.
- Proficiency in HR software (ideally Employment Hero) intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail.
