**The Opportunity**:
Some of your primary responsibilities will be to develop and implement a proactive maintenance program for our rental fleet, coordinate all returns and dispatches, perform regular quality inspections, and ensure that all estimates comply with the Service Level Agreement. Safety and excellence are at the forefront of our operations, and you will be required to provide daily and weekly reports, monitor safety practices, and maintain high levels of quality and productivity at all times.

**Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- _Relevant trade qualification with extensive industry experience_
- _ Strong understanding of earthmoving machinery - preferably Komatsu_
- _ Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead and motivate _
- _Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal_
- _ Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office and inventory management software_
- _ Commitment to safety and adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations and protocols_
- _ Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing priorities and needs in a dynamic work environment._
