**Master Scheduler**:
Leading federal government program (consulting through FinXL)

FinXL Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across government, telecommunications, finance, and enterprise sectors.

This role offers **flexible work arrangements** and can be performed from **Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, or Canberra**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, and maintain **master schedules** for large-scale technology programs using **Microsoft Project**.
- Coordinate project schedules across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment within a broader transformation program.
- Maintain and manage project documentation including **document registers**, **risk registers**, and **formal transmittal registers**.
- Issue formal notifications and communications to clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with delivery, engineering, and program teams to track progress, manage dependencies, and identify risks.
- Provide high-quality reporting and scheduling insights to program leadership.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience as a **Master Scheduler** on large-scale technology or network transformation programs.
- Strong proficiency with **MS Project**, including multi-stream scheduling and reporting.
- Experience working with **federal government clients** from a **vendor/consulting perspective**.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project documentation, registers, and formal communications.
- Exceptional **stakeholder management** and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
- ** NV1 Security Clearance** preferred (Baseline may be considered).
