Our Federal Government client is seeking a
**Practice Officer** with strong administrative skills who can coordinate multiple tasks in a busy environment.

**About the role**:

- Provide high level executive/administrative support services to the Service Group
- Plan and manage with groups to manage resources
- Support recruitment processes and manage staff onboarding/offboarding processes
- Assist with staff timesheet compliance and follow up outstanding timesheets
- Support the tracking and reporting of audit statuses and budgets
- Contribute to other practice management tasks, and the implementation of our business and operational plans

**Ideally you will have**:

- Ability to deliver quality practice management tasks in a timely manner, either independently or under limited direction
- Ability to consistently enter data accurately, collate in various formats, and understand interconnections
- Ability to communicate effectively to a range of stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly with a team
- Demonstrated intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge and experience of using a Financial Management Information System

**Desirable**:

- An accounting or equivalent tertiary qualification
- Prior experience working in executive support
