About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- **Patient-Centric Care**: Welcome and assist patients with a warm and friendly demeanour
- **Administrative Tasks**: Manage practice accounts, invoicing, and general medical administration
- **Booking Coordination**: Organise patient bookings and liaise with hospital bookings, surgical assistants, and Anaesthetists
- **Phone Enquiries**: Handle general inquiries, provide patient support, and manage appointments
- **Specialist Support**: Assist in scheduling for our specialist, handling cancellations or rescheduling as needed
- **Medical Assistance**: Provide support to the surgeon, including minor medical procedure assistance (training provided)

- **Strong Communication**: Fluent phone manner and excellent organisational skills
- **Independence**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced medical environment
