The Dental Surgery in Belconnen is an ADA Accredited, locally owned, family-operated business offering evidence-based dentistry with a focus on long-term success. We have been a cornerstone of oral health for over three decades, evolving into a modern practice that embraces cutting-edge digital dentistry. Our practice has 4 clinicians working across 3 chairs. We prioritize educating and inspiring patients, building long-term relationships, maintaining a positive work environment and delivering quality, reliable dental care.

We're seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Practice Manager to lead our team with exceptional people management and communication skills. If you're passionate about improving both patient experiences and business operations, this could be the role for you.

You'll receive Onboarding training and support to help you succeed in your role. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow both professionally and personally in a friendly, dynamic setting.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain professional yet friendly relationships with patients
  • Manage front-office operations to ensure smooth daily practice functioning
  • Lead staff management, including rostering, recruitment, and training
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth
  • Monitor and manage KPIs, budgets, marketing tasks and practice targets
  • Drive operational efficiency and compliance with health regulations
  • Oversee facilities maintenance, ensuring all equipment is serviced and operational
