**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and experienced sales professional to support and guide other sales professionals while maintaining an active territory and customer base. This role offers a great opportunity with a global medical device leader to further develop your supervisory and business skills.
**WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?**
- Daily supervision of Territory Managers / Clinical Specialists and provide guidance and coaching. Engaging and developing direct reports and fostering a high-performance team environment.
- Escalation point for Territory Managers / Clinical Specialists regarding business opportunities, customers, concerns
- Coaching and Development of Territory Managers / Clinical Specialists to broaden clinical and commercial skillsets
- Develop and execute on territory plans to deliver on annual revenue commitments and build a sustainable business over the longer term.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers, plan and develop the market for our existing and new products in line with divisional goals and objectives.
- Providing clinical support including patient interaction and education, device programming, patient follow up, technical and educational support, site management and coordination.
- Work with the broader Rhythm Management team to identify training, research and engagement opportunities for new and existing customers.
- Have sound business knowledge of the territory, identifying competitor activities, participate and manage appropriate tender agreements and customer policies and practices. Complete market analysis and regular reporting as required.
- Completing relevant administration including reporting, stock validations and management as well as database management.
- Building relationships with key hospital staff in the corporate suite, purchasing department and other key hospital staff related to BSC's Rhythm Management business.
- Attending meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required, to promote our products and services.
- To be available to support the broader ANZ RM business on an as-needs basis.
