**About the role**:
The **In-store Field Trainer** is responsible for training our Snooze teams in our commercial retail initiatives within the NSW/ACT territory.
Product knowledge, store compliance in all areas of operational activity, and ensuring the health and safety of all staff and customers are paramount. Exceptional training ensures our retail teams deliver an awesome retail experience to our customers, continuing to ensure Snooze is a market leader in its field.
The objective of this role is to maximise our customer satisfaction by developing and partnering with our retail teams in all areas of sales, leadership, and Snooze project initiatives.
Delivering a quality training program will mean leading from the front, and this may include working in our retail stores from time to time.
The successful Instore Field Trainer will be an inspiring, influential communicator, a self-starter with a passion for lifelong learning and a strong desire to develop our people to their full potential.
You will be based in Sydney, however, travel within your region, interstate and overnight travel will be required regularly.
**About you**:
- Minimum: Qualification in Certificate IV Training & Assessment required
- A sales training background with corporate retail management experience, including leadership training
- Experience in retail sales and working with Franchise Partners is advantageous
- Well-practiced in facilitating training workshops
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to create and design sophisticated training materials and resources
- A background demonstrating strong customer service skills
- A proven track record of building and maintaining relationships
- Excellent time management - highly organised
- Use of Microsoft Teams to deliver virtual training
- Experience in point of sale technology and training, i.e. Pronto
- Professionally presented with a can-do attitude
- A car and a current and valid Australian driver's licence is required for the role
