Snooze is on the hunt for a talented and enthusiastic **Learning & Development Specialist**.

This important role is responsible for delivering engaging in person training, creating engaging resources, procedures and e-learning and supporting strategic projects at Snooze. It's a role that lives in Support Centre, Canterbury but serves all our retail stores across Australia.

**On a daily basis, we need you to**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for retail employees, including modernising the delivery of sales training delivery in our retail stores
- Be familiar with point of sale (ERP) systems and champion being systems savvy
- Be a gatekeeper for SCOPE our Learning Management System, updating resources and e learning modules
- Demonstrate your technical wizardry in all aspects of the Microsoft suite and Articulate software or similar
- Be comfortable pivoting from administration to online training to retail frontline training on occasion
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and present at Conferences on occasion
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and objectives
- Be forward thinking with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs

**Qualifications**
- Preferred - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment is preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in retail training or employee development but we definitely consider and train a bright graduate.
- Strong, proven knowledge of retail operations, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable authoring skills - editing and proof reading included
- Proficiency in creating training materials and using e-learning platforms.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally to various retail locations.
