Experienced Orthodontic Receptionist and Dental Assistant

This position requires you to **travel to Parramatta and Canterbury**

Whilst predominantly a Receptionist role, this position covers both reception and dental assisting duties.

As part of our reception team, you will be responsible for the first impressions and ongoing outstanding customer experience. We want you to come in and truly show what great customer service is, right from the first moment.

As a Dental Assistant, you will provide outstanding support to the Orthodontist to ensure patients' receive the best care possible.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be highly organised, with excellent communication and love working in a fast paced environment, have a love for creating efficient processes and a genuine passion for ensuring our patients' receive the very best experience.

⭐ You will be the first point of contact in the clinic for patients and their families, so a warm approachable manner is a must

⭐ Book appointments for new and existing patients

⭐ Help create and maintain the processes and culture that exude customer service excellence, quality and efficiencies

⭐ Provide exceptional support to the Orthodontist

⭐ Be comfortable handling Orthodontic equipment and have a friendly, calm chairside manner.

**About you**:
⭐ Ability to travel to Canterbury and Parramatta is a must

⭐ Previous experience in an administration/customer service role

⭐ Previous Dental Assisting experience is highly regarded but not essential.

⭐ Great at building rapport with both children and adults.

⭐ Attention to detail and a love of following through tasks to completion.
⭐ An opportunity to impact the future growth of the business

⭐ Must be able to travel to Canterbury and Parramatta

⭐Must be able to work full time

Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
