Finance Business Partner

**Position Overview**

Reporting to the Group Finance Manager ANZ, the Finance Business Partner is critical to ensuring that there is a strong financial & commercial focus within the Operations division. This will be achieved by employing a sound understanding as well as financial analysis & insight into the underlying drivers of the Operation teams’ performance and partner with key stakeholders to enhance delivery of their respective strategies and objectives.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Commercially partner with Operations leaders to understand key business drivers through meaningful financial analysis and provide actionable advice to improve business performance.
- Ownership over the Operations capital program including the development of financially sound business cases commensurate with the level of approvals required.
- Ownership over the cost allocations methodology and process to ensure the respective sales & marketing divisions receive a fair and representative proportion of operational costs.
- Ownership over the intercompany management fee recharge process.
- Drives the development of budgets and forecasts as well as provide monthly insights into business performance against targets.
- Proactively support the reporting needs of the Finance team including the development of reporting packs as required.
- Proactively support the CFO/COO and Group Finance Manager in delivering operational objectives.
- Identify and deliver continuous improvements as identified through engagement with key Operations stakeholders.
- Support the annual insurance renewal process.
- Foster a strong Finance community.

**About You**

You are resilient and have proven ability to thrive in an environment of change requiring flexibility and ability to make decisions in situations of uncertainty. A self-starter who can work autonomously and manage multiple competing priorities, have excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build trust and influence others in shared interests and business goals. A creative innovator who will develop and implement new and more effective ways of working to improve performance.

Qualifications:

- Qualified member of CIMA, CA or CPA
- Tertiary qualification in Finance/Accounting or a related field

**Experience**:

- 10+ years post qualification experience demonstrating:

- Experience in a similar business partnering role;
- Exposure to FMCG or a similar fast-paced environment;
- Experience partnering with multiple stakeholders of varying levels;
- Excellent data analytics and modelling skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Skills & Expertise

Advanced MS Office skills (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) essential
- Problem solving and analysis skills essential
- Exposure to Hyperion (HFM) preferred
- SAP knowledge advantageous
