**Position Overview**

The FP&A team is an essential connector, partnering with various levels across the organisation including Commercial Finance, Finance Operations, Global Group Reporting and the ANZ Executive.

Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, the FP&A Manager will lead a team of embedded analysts to support each division in delivering their strategic and operational goals.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Working closely with leadership to formulate the annual budget as well as the medium-term strategic plan
- Partnering with budget holders to develop and update short range forecasts (rolling 16 months updated monthly)
- Provide financial insight on business performance through meaningful analysis and commentary as part of the month-end process
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of periodic and ad-hoc reporting requirements from TTI Global
- Develop and deliver fit-for-purpose reporting packs for presentation to and by the ANZ Executive
- Identify and deliver continuous improvement within the FP&A function to standardise, improve efficiency and uplift reporting insights and analysis
- Establish and foster effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Provide oversight and manage the integrated planning tool (Anaplan)
- Provide oversight and manage the capex process

**About You**

You are a self-starter who can work autonomously and manage multiple competing priorities, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, an ability to build trust and influence others to act in the advancement of shared interests and business goals.

Qualifications:

- Qualified member of CIMA, CA or CPA
- Tertiary qualification in Finance/Accounting or a related field

**Experience**:

- 10+ years post qualification experience demonstrating
- Experience in a similar FP&A role
- Exposure to FMCG or a similar fast-paced environment
- Experience partnering with multiple stakeholders of varying levels
- Excellent data analytics and modelling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Skills & Expertise

Advanced MS Office skills (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) essential
- Problem solving and analysis skills essential
- Exposure to Hyperion (HFM) preferred
- SAP knowledge advantageous
