A TYPICAL WEEK in this ROLE:
You hit the ground running fast each week, well prepared for a mix of client meetings, pitches & presentations, planning upcoming events and activations, finish the day ideating concepts through to annual strategy with the senior team.

As Marketing Project Coordinator, you will help the team deliver an integrated product launch campaign, closely managing and communicating with an array of internal and external stakeholders, client contacts, whilst supporting and collaborating with a and growing a team of Project Managers, Coordinators and Specialists.

- YOU:
- Able to wear multiple hats and juggle your day.
- Listen closely to a variety of stakeholders, both internal & external, follow the plans through to final delivery.
- Drive and be accountable for projects from go to whoa, own them.
- Work autonomously from time to time, then switch to team players mode.
- HOW:
- Know a client’s vision and drive projects and the people to deliver against it
- Work in sync with the agency team to deliver all aspects of a marketing plan to an individual campaign activation
- Use your marketing and industry knowledge to add value for your client, bring marketing smarts to the table
- Drive growth in your accounts through real relationships
- Make a noticeable difference to the client’s business as you lead the daily relationship
- Make every project run like clockwork and to the highest standard
- Be the key point of contact for the Creative teams on your allocated projects
- Excellent attention to detail - you check everything, then check it again, even if it’s not yours

Remuneration (inc super): Based on experience

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
