**About the Role**

Reporting to the Marketing Leader, you will manage and maintain the end-to-end customer experience portfolio under our marketing practice, working closely with various stakeholders to develop, enhance, and manage Reece’s customer experience, brand, and growth strategies. Furthermore, you will drive transformation and inspire positive culture change across the organisation.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Customer Calendar Management**: Oversee everything our customers see across our marketing touchpoints.
- **Project Management**: Lead creative campaigns, customer promotions, and customer experience projects.
- **Partnerships & Sponsorship Management**: Manage key brand ambassador partners and sponsorships.
- **In-Store Experience**: Enhance the in-store experience with effective Point of Sale campaigns and services.
- **Insight Generation and Analysis**: Generate and analyse insights to drive decision-making.
- **Reporting and Budget Management**: Manage reporting and budgets effectively.
- **Agency Management**: Collaborate with creative, media, and insight partners.

**About You**

You’re a strategic thinker and a relationship builder, passionate about leveraging marketing to achieve business goals. You have strong technical expertise, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing roles.
- Capability in marketing planning, digital marketing, content creation, social media, budget management, media, and sponsorship.
- Strong project management and influencing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in project management and delivering outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing.
