**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Associate bachelors’ or higher degree in Architecture Design
- At least five years or more of relevant experience in similar industry/job
- You must have proper full-time working rights in Australia

**Main Tasks**:
1. Read, edit, and revise architectural drawings, charts and plans and estimations
2. Preparing preliminary sketches and drawings to assist with clients’ decision in selection of their material.
3. Material and cost estimation of projects
4. Project management and contract management
5. Conduct site visits and provide accurate project estimations and design consultations to construction managers and architects
7. Provide project specific design consultation to clients.
8. Managing installation trades and providing estimates of work.
9. Designing new patterns and designs for manufacturing and adding to the product list of Stone and Tile Projects.

**Other Skills**:

- Previous experience in same field would be desirable
- Ability to prioritize tasks, self-management, and detail oriented
- Excellent analytical skills and decision-making skills
- Good writing and communication skills

**Salary**: $72,500 - $87,600 + super + commission depending on experience

**Salary**: $72,500.00 - $87,600.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
