**Eligibility Criteria**
- At least Bachelor or higher qualification
- Equivalent depth of experience in warehousing management and/or supply chain
- 2+ years’ experience in a Supply / Distribution of Tiles / Bathroom products
- You must have proper working rights in Australia

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Responsible for storage and distribution planning of the Tiles, Tiling Materials, Accessories and Bathware.
- Responsible for control and coordinate the supply of Tiles, Tiling Materials, Accessories and Bathware.
- Responsible and to determine the purchase of Tiles, Tiling Materials, Accessories and Bathware.
- Undertaking continuous improvement of logistics processes and systems for the products in the warehouse.
- Responsible for purchase, storage, and distribution of variety of Tiles, Tiling Materials, Accessories and Bathware at minimum cost level.
- Responsible for negotiating the contracts with suppliers and distributors keeping in mind the best price, quality, and delivery of the Tiles, Tiling Materials, Accessories and Bathware.
- Check the storage and inventory system to meet the supply requirements or arrangement of storage as per requirement.
- Initiate and manage appropriate ‘Aging Stock’ value information, reporting monthly on the situation to Directors.
- Addition of new products as per customer or business requirements.
- Training and allocation of staff as per work requirement.
- Manage communication with customer (and sales) for any logistics related issues, mitigate any conflict with the client and customers, and deliver the best service level.
- Assist with developing a safety focused environment, adapting to Think, Act, Be Safe philosophies.
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
