Deliver seamless sales and office operations through strategic support and efficient coordination. **What is the role** Part-time, three days a week, onsite at our Newcastle office. This is a contract role - 12 months parental leave cover. As a **Sales Support Specialist**, you will provide sales support to the sales team including procurement, processing renewals and quote preparation. This role is also responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support services across finance, sales support, and general office functions. The following include but may not be limited to the responsibilities of the Sales Support Specialist: - Provide administrative and sales support to the sales team - Manage product quoting, ordering, receipting, and delivery - Coordinate small contract and license renewals - Maintain ConnectWise for tracking agreements, licenses, and sales activity - Monitor and manage internal stock levels and stock movements - Assist with warranty claims and supplier communications - Support proposal, presentation, and tender preparation - Organize sales events, campaigns, and mail outs - Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and backorders - Maintain positive supplier relationships and escalate pricing/timing issues as needed - Conduct stock takes and stays updated on the latest technologies - Greet visitors and manage calls, office access, and supplies - Coordinate freight, stock, and vehicle logistics - Support HR tasks, travel bookings, and event planning - Oversee property maintenance and admin processes - Perform general office administration as needed **Who we are looking for** - At least 2 years of sales administration experience - Experience working in an MSP environment - Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure - Vendor Sales Certificates are a plus - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Able to liaise with individuals at all levels of an organization and maintain strong relationships - Strong communication skills - Self-motivated and able to work independently - High attention to detail - Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines **What we offer** - A friendly team environment with a strong technical support network - Broad range of options for training and developing your IT skills - Opportunity to work with the IT industry's latest technologies - Internal career growth for high performers and IT super-stars - Cost price on products from our suppliers - Lunches and snacks provided - Comprehensive Employer Assistance Program - Referral bonus New Era Technology, Inc., and its subsidiaries ("New Era" "we", "us", or "our") in its operating regions worldwide are committed to respecting your privacy and recognize the need for appropriate protection and management of any Personal Data that you may provide us.
