For almost 50 years, our family-owned business has been proudly selecting outstanding quality wines from over 500 vineyards across Australia for our members to enjoy with their family and friends. We love uncovering new and interesting wines, many of which are from smaller boutique wineries often only available at their Cellar Door or through ours. Our team helps fellow wine lovers discover the amazing diversity of Australia wine and love it when our members find a new favourite
**The Opportunity**:
This is a rare opportunity to join a high performing sales team that prides itself on delivering an incredible experience with every interaction whilst meeting sales targets.
Communicating via both inbound and outbound channels, you will speak with our loyal and new members. With each conversation providing opportunity to build lasting relationships, while selling a dynamic range of offers, and guiding our members on a never ending Australian wine journey.
While basic wine knowledge is an advantage in this role, fully paid training is provided to give you everything you need to succeed.
You will also have the option to experience other channels in the business, with paid travel, by working in our face to face team at some of Australia’s biggest lifestyle shows across the country
**What the role involves**:
- Both Inbound and Outbound Calls with current Wine Selectors members;
- High achievement of sales and service targets;
- High level of customer service;
- Building rapport and engaging with our members quickly and professionally;
- Identifying opportunities to increase value and enjoyment for members;
- Uncovering each individual member’s needs, to present them with a personalised solution;
- Multitasking, working through problems, and providing solutions; and
- Contributing to a positive team culture, that celebrates teamwork and success.
**Who are you?**
- Highly effective communicator with amazing problem solving skills;
- Strong emotional intelligence, and resilience;
- Team player with a positive attitude, and the ability to work autonomously in environments that foster respect, and fun;
- Have a strong result orientation with a commitment to achieving personal and team goals;
- Have a love and appreciation of Australian Wine;
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook) with sound computer and troubleshooting knowledge
- Have a home office set up with two screens, headset, desk, chair etc.; or the ability to acquire.

To accommodate your lifestyle, this position could be a full time, part time, or casual role. With the option to work in our Newcastle office, work from home, or a mix of both. Full Time OTE $70k - $135k+
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $49,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
