An exciting opportunity for a facilities coordinator to join our company.

We are a full service provider for residential and commercial management services in Australia. We are looking for a facilities co-ordinator to work in our fast pace growing team. Working in our office in Macquarie Park.

Your responsibilities would include but not limited to:

- Proactively ensure preventative maintenance work in the office is identified and managed effectively
- Procurement and maintenance of service contracts where required
- Answering and directing all incoming telephone calls and enquiries
- Responsibility for tracking compliance requirements and being effectively managed.
- Ad-hoc perform general office administrative tasks such as creation of word documents, spreadsheets, publications, and signage for the office
- Identify potential risks
- Chase and maintain defects
- Monitor the performance of contractors to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Routine inspections and reporting
- Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine the necessity of repairs, maintenance or cleaning
- Liaising with landlords and tenants

To be considered for this role you must:

- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a similar or related role
- Good problem solving skills.
- Motor Vehicle and drivers license

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
