**About the Company**

For over 25 years, this well-established and market leading Australian owned business specialises in designing and fabricating custom steel products for nationwide projects.

**About the Role**

This permanent full-time position will be based at the Head Office in Carole Park and is customer service focused role assisting in the delivery of products. Reporting to the Assembly & Dispatch Manager your duties include, although are not limited to:

- Develop and maintain new and existing customer and supplier relationships
- Co-ordinate and prepare delivery of products to site requirements
- Complete and maintain delivery records and documentation
- Quote freight cost and maintain work orders
- Undertake associated administrative duties

**About You**

A strong customer service focus is essential, together with the ability to multi-task and work in a deadline drive environment. You will also need to demonstrate:

- Previous customer service service experience
- _Experience in dispatch coordination advantageous but not essential._
- Confidence learning and using new technology
- Well-developed organisational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced customer service environment.
