We are seeking your customer service, internal sales and administration experience for an upcoming temporary assignment with a highly reputable multi-national organisation that supplies a large range of specialised products to various industries including construction, agriculture and transport.

The role will be responsible for providing exceptional service to current and potential clients, together with completing associated sales administration functions.

**Duties include**:

- Processing sale orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supporting general administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.

**To be considered for this temporary role, it is important that you can demonstrate**:

- Previous internal sales and customer service experience (minimum 5 years)
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and learn new concepts (including products) quickly
- Experience using an ERP system (Greentree ideally)
- Confidence learning and adapting to new technology quickly
- Availability to commence this temporary assignment with mínimal notice

We anticipate that this temporary assignment will be required for an initial period of 3 months, with possibility of longer term opportunities if business continues to experience current growth.
