**Start the new year in a new role** In this newly created role, we are seeking a highly experienced Organisational Design Specialist to lead the uplift of our organisational architectural framework.

In this role you will be a trusted advisor to our executives, business leaders and P&C team providing specialist organisational design to enable our workforce to continue to evolve in a time where skills and roles are changing at a rapid pace.

You will have the ability to influence outcomes that will impact the design of our workforce, you will build clear connections between strategy, frameworks, and structure to ensure organisational design decisions facilitate business outcomes.

You will thrive in working in a complex environment, with a broad range of roles and business team, each with their own intricacies and requirements. You will have experience in partnering with senior executives to design fit-for-purpose organisational structures that enable strategy execution, accountability and effective ways of working.
