Are you passionate about shaping the future of work and fostering a high-performing, future-ready workforce? At HESTA, we're looking for an Organisational Development (OD) Specialist to drive impactful initiatives that align talent and learning strategies with our business goals. Leveraging technology as a key enabler, this role will focus on developing, implementing, and continuously improving programs that enhance organisational effectiveness.

**What You'll Do**

As an OD Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in:

- **Talent Management & Development -** Designing and delivering initiatives that support employee growth and career progression.
- **Strategic Upskilling & Capability Building -** Identifying skill gaps and developing targeted upskilling initiatives to future-proof our workforce.
- **Leadership Development -** Creating programs that empower leaders to inspire, engage, and drive performance.
- **Team Effectiveness -** Implementing strategies that enhance collaboration, engagement, and productivity.

**About You**

You are an experienced OD professional with a strong background in talent management, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness. You have a proven track record in designing and delivering impactful learning and development programs and experience facilitating engaging sessions.

You will have excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence Senior Leaders, you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about creating meaningful change.
