Support Project Manager with project registers, project co-ordination, activities and documentation including briefs and project reports as required.
- Coordinate, organise, participate, and promote the activities of the project to ensure on time delivery of project activities.
- Prepare and draft project reporting, communications and presentations.
- Develop, liaise and maintain relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and project team throughout the life of the project.
- Assist with business analysis activities and workshops including business process improvements, business rules and definitions and relationships.
- Support project team specialists as required.
- Assist in change management activities with stakeholders such as communications, presentations including facilitating some change workshops and baselining of benefits. Assisting in the development of training materials and quick reference guides.
- Follow the use of appropriate project management techniques, methodologies, and tools in line with the Department guidelines.
- Any other duties as directed by the Project Manager.
