**About the opportunity**

An exciting ongoing and short-term opportunity up to 12 months exists for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our strategic, contemporary and outcome focused team.

This opportunity will suit someone who is driven and passionate about delivering an effective HR Business Partnership model whilst supporting the WHS functions for the SA Housing Trust.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Lead, Human Resources Business Partner you will be accountable for the delivery of high-level human resource management advice on complex HR matters to specific work units within the SA Housing Trust that result in improved workforce relations and management of policies, practices and systems.

You will also be responsible for providing relevant training and coaching to staff on new processes and procedures, as well as conducting and/or coordinating human resource management projects, and presenting reports on HR data, information and trends to senior leaders across the SA Housing Trust.

**Special Conditions**
- Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
- Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.

**Remuneration**
$85,970 - $95,413 (ASO5)
$98,478 - $104,165 (ASO6)
