**About the Role**

Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Placement and Return to Work Coordinator is accountable for the provision of high quality and timely advice to employees and leaders across SA Housing Trust in relation to case management of excess and unattached employees, as well as employees who are returning to work following a work related or non-work-related injury.

The role is responsible for providing relevant training and coaching to leaders on the case management process, including redundancy, redeployment or retraining options for excess employees, as well as the return-to
- work process following injury.

The Placement and Return to Work Coordinator will monitor workforce mobility data, providing insights through the leaders to inform workforce strategies and decisions.

**Special Conditions**
- Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
- The successful applicant will be required to hold a current Australian issued Drivers Licence, which must be maintained.

**Remuneration**
$85,790 - $95,413 (ASO5)
$98,478 - $104,165 (ASO6)
