Development Planner - Major Developments - Band 7
- 12 month contract - two days in office rest from home
- Peri-Urban Council - $65 - $70p/h + super

PSP are currently working with a Peri-Urban Council located South East of Melbourne on the recruitment of a Band 7 Planner.

This is a hybrid working model, with one to two days in the office and the rest from home.

The hourly rate will be $65 - $70 plus super, open to flexible working options. This role is suited to an experienced planner who has an interest in gaining Growth Area/Major Development experience.

**Requirements include**:

- Tertiary qualification in Town Planning, Urban Studies, Environmental Planning, or related discipline.
- Several years’ experience within a similar role, private or public sector.
- A high level of planning assessment skills, experience in urban growth zone/precinct structure plan would be highly regarded.

**Benefits include**:

- 12 month contract, potential for extension.
- Work from home three days per week, with two in the office.
- $65 to $70 p/h + super
- Open to reduced hours.
