**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have an amazing opportunity for an analytical, enthusiastic, and experienced individual to join our Planning team in the role of **Merchandise Planner**.

This role will partner with the Production & Buying team to optimise performance across the DECJUBA business.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES...**
- Drive the ranging process with the Buying team based on analysis
- Manage the OTB and quantification of stock across your categories
- Reviewing current sales trends and adjusting stocks
- Range planning and markdown strategies to achieve maximum sales.
- Conducting post seasonal analysis to identify opportunities and drive the strategic direction of the brand

**OUR NEXT AMAZING MERCHANDISE PLANNER**
- 5 + years’ experience with the planning function
- Experience with Buyers Toolbox Enterprise an advantage
- Highly tuned analytical and exceptional numeracy skills coupled with advanced Excel and Apparel 21 experience would be advantageous.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
