Supply Chain Assistant

Key Responsilbities:

- Assist Supply Chain Specialist with order management of 3rd party chemical products and consumable/reagents equipment.
- Execute outbound deliveries coordinating with OTC & 3PLs.
- Process freight, RM/FG Invoices via VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) system.
- Create and manage vendors in SAP system.
- Monitor deliveries and receipt into stock in a timely manner.
- Liaise with suppliers to expedite orders.
- Liaise with Accounts Payable to assist in resolving supply variances in invoice amount.
- Assist supply chain in stock reconciliations.

**Key Responsilbities**:

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in procurement &/or Logistics role
- Experience using SAP
- Strong work and customer focus ethic
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills
- Team Skills - being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment, working independently as well as working within a team.
