With three homes across WA, the Operations Manager will be responsible for:

- Ensuring all programs and services are compliant to the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Assist the House Managers to build strong teams to support the needs of the clients
- Work with department heads to provide services that ensure best practice and favourable outcomes for clients
- Manage operations for respite homes to ensure the houses achieve performance and budget KPI’s
- Coach and mentor House Managers
- Make recommendations regarding Work Health and Safety improvements
- Assist House Managers with employee relations

To be successful in the role you must have a solid background in community care services and previous experience in operations. Your natural leadership style and strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards will allow you to gain the trust and respect from your colleagues and ensure the highest level of service delivery to clients and their families.
