**About the Role**

We are looking for a proactive and organised **Office Manager** to oversee the daily operations of our specialist medical clinic. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-focused environment and has a strong background in health administration.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and support reception and admin staff, including training and scheduling
- Manage patient appointments, surgical bookings, and referral coordination
- Liaise with specialists and staff to maintain smooth clinic operations
- Handle billing through Medicare, private insurers, and workers' compensation claims
- Perform daily banking, invoicing, and patient account reconciliation
- Oversee supply ordering and vendor management
- Ensure compliance with privacy laws and healthcare standards
- Foster a strong team culture and provide administrative support to the Practice Manager

**About You**
- Diploma in Business Management or higher
- Minimum 1 year of full-time experience (medical clinic preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High proficiency in medical software systems
- Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities
- Experience coordinating pre
- and post-surgical workflows is a strong advantage

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
