We’re now looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. This position is ideal for someone who is confident on the phones, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a proven background in call centre customer service.

**The Opportunity**

As a key point of contact for our community, you will:

- Deliver professional, timely service via phone, face-to-face, and digital channels.
- Respond to enquiries, feedback, and service requests in line with Council standards.
- Promote and guide customers through Council programs, services and digital tools.
- Support the continuous improvement of customer service processes and systems.

Bayside Council has several work locations across the local government area and Council reserves the right to change your location as required by operational needs.

**About you**

You are someone who:

- Is available to work **Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday**each week.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enjoys problem-solving and working collaboratively within a team.
- Is comfortable using digital systems and learning new technologies.

**Salary**:$44,302.44 - $49,616.73 + 12% Superannuation
