Our client a NSW Government Agency, has been tasked with developing and delivering transport and managing their operations. They also lead the development of vibrant station precincts to meet customer and community needs, transforming the way Sydney travels and helping shape the future of Australia’s largest city.

The primary purpose of the role is to contribute and manage timely and effective design and delivery of internal communication, initiatives and activities to support and reinforce the departments culture, values and strategic direction.

**Key accountabilities**
- Assist and coordinate the implementation of the internal communication strategy and milestone internal communication plans
- Assist with the implementation of internal communications activities and new digital channels through project management
- Assist in ensuring that internal stakeholders are informed of news, issues and direction of the organisation and have mechanisms for providing feedback to management
- Contribute and coordinate content and collateral for presentations, reports, intranet, digital channels, newsletters, e-campaigns and in the organisation of employee events to support communication across the organisation.
- Manage communication on intranet pages and various internal platforms.

**Essential criteria**
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent writing and verbal communications skills
- Ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work part of a small team, and be able to self manage.
