We are currently seeking an experienced Life Cycle Solutions (LCS) Co-ordinator to join the Metso Outotec Asia Pacific Services Commercial Support team. This role is responsible for ensuring best practice delivery and coordination of allocated LCS Contracts and allocated aftermarket Engineered to Order (ETO) projects.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for delivery of allocated executed LCS contracts (across multiple Metso Outotec technologies and a mix of Metso Outotec Inventory (MOI) Spare parts and/or Specialist Labour type contracts
Consignment inventory administration - responsible for the administration of the remote Warehouse MOI consignment inventory, reporting the consumption of parts, promoting timely re-stocking and actively looking for improvements on the storage conditions (at Customer’s Site).
Responsible for the efficient overall facilitation of allocated Metso Outotec Technology Aftermarket ETO/Modernisation and Upgrade projects
Responsible for ensuring LCS or Project contract delivery performance meets customer (internal & external) expectations, and achieve targets for safety, quality, schedule and budget
Responsible to identify and capture contract variations, scope changes and support projects in scope change management activities (POs)
Responsible for supporting service sales with contractual input into sales cases and proposals where applicable
Responsible for adhering to project engineering cost estimate
Supporting Sales teams on complex contract delivery issues
Responsible for adhering to robust scope change management practices in delivering projects
Responsible to manage lessons learned, identify continuous improvement opportunities and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Previous experience in a customer-facing role in the mining industry
Minimum 5 years’ experience in project coordination and Project Delivery
Trade or formal Mechanical Engineering qualification preferred

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to build and nurture effective customer relationships, including at senior levels
Manage multiple Internal business line (BL) Stakeholders and Client
Ability to develop sound business strategies
Excellent organisation skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Suite products - Excel, Word, MS Project,SAP
