WesTrac is looking for a skilled **Standard Jobs Officer** to join our team at our Parts Distribution Centre in South Guildford, WA.

This role utilises knowledge of Caterpillar equipment and maintenance repairs to analyse costings of existing jobs and determine an accurate estimation of the resources requires for the development of Standard Jobs.

You will have a strong background in quotation and database management with the ability to analyse data and confidently cost jobs to internal and external stakeholders and vendors.

**About you**:

- Experience in equipment, component, parts and service maintenance and cost with strong experience around quotation and analysing data to support costings.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
- Demonstrated analytical skills with ability to provide recommendations and action as required
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
- Knowledge of Caterpillar products (highly advantageous)
- Dealer Business System knowledge (highly advantageous)
