**What’s the role on offer?**
We are seeking a dedicated **Ground Operations Trainer and Standards Officer** to join our team. This important role involves delivering comprehensive training and support to our ground service providers across Australia, ensuring consistent, safe, and efficient ground operations. You will be a key contact for our service providers, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to maintain high standards and promote continuous improvement.

This role requires regular travel to various airports across WA/NT and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success and safety of our ground operations network.

**Who are we looking for?**
You’ll be a great fit if you:

- Have strong experience in airport ground operations, particularly in ramp and customer service
- Are confident delivering training to individuals and groups with clear communication and professionalism
- Can build positive working relationships with service providers, clients, and colleagues
- Are proactive and solution-oriented, able to identify and resolve operational issues efficiently
- Adapt well to changing environments and work independently as part of a national team
- Are willing and able to travel regularly within WA and NT (including providing annual leave coverage at Cape Preston Aerodrome)

**What do you need to succeed?**
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Relevant experience in airport operations leadership and training delivery
- Knowledge of ground service equipment (GSE) management and compliance
- Airline Trainer the Trainer experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong understanding of safety, security, and environmental compliance requirements
- Familiarity with airport systems such as AVANTIK (desirable)
- An unrestricted driver’s licence and ability to travel frequently
- Dangerous Goods certification is preferred but not essential
