The Global Client Manager is responsible for generating new revenue from the sale of high bandwidth IP transit services together with associated other value-added services, to ISPs and Internet-centric companies, both domestically and internationally. This role requires management and growth of large scale named accounts with significant analysis of technical and commercial terms as well as hunting for prospective new logos.

**Working at NTT**
- Generate new sales consistent with monthly NIMRR targets.
- Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with named prospects and customers
- Develop close working relationships with NTT international affiliate companies
- Develop a quarterly business plan consistent with department objectives.
- Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to plan, manage a pipeline of opportunities and define strategy to meet sales targets
- Generate demand and selling Global IP Network solutions
- Develop successful internal relationships with stakeholders such as regional leads, services teams, commercial, offer and delivery management to work on the best outcome for the client.
- Help build and support wholesale solutions and design deals that meet client’s needs and ensure win/win solutions for both client and NTT.

**What will make you a good fit for the role?**
- Good knowledge of key global IP companies and their respective strengths and weaknesses.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of high-tech sales experience preferably selling bandwidth to wholesale customers
- Be able to demonstrate an impressive track record of success, selling network service solutions to wholesale accounts, as well as selling complex solutions and services to the C-suite in large global accounts.
- Proof of structuring large, multi-year profitable contracts
- Demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with clients across all levels; but especially the C-suite
- Experience in managing the entire sales process, contracting process, and legal implications of a deal.
- Demonstrate sales, client engagement, and business development experience with the requisite understanding of relevant markets and market penetration strategies.
- Understand financial statements and metrics, including revenue, expense control, and growth relative to the market in order to hold strategic client conversations.
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills to craft solutions that are beneficial to NTT and the client.
