Are you an experienced **Recruiter** with a passion for building amazing teams and a curiosity for growing your skills in People Ops? We want you on our team in Sydney.

**What you’ll do**:

- ** People ops support.** Grow your skills in People Ops by taking on generalist work including onboarding, HRIS management, supporting with performance review cycles and engagement surveys.

**Your background**:

- ** Experience recruiting technical roles.** You'll have some experience in recruiting software engineering roles and have a passion for building the best teams.
- ** High-quality bar and great attention to detail.** You’re able to get into the details and deliver quality results on time. You’re a wearer of many hats and can juggle multiple priorities at the same time.
- ** You act like an owner.** You’ll have a strong sense of accountability and comfort with self-starting/working autonomously. You’re highly trustworthy, and showcase great instincts and judgement.
- ** A great attitude.** The right attitude towards a sense of urgency, risk, and uncertainty about the future that comes with working at an early-stage startup. This is an opportunity to be involved in an exciting journey from the very start. You'll need to bring big energy and a positive attitude to work every day.
