**About the role**

A Denver Project Coordinator/Junior Project Manager is responsible for guiding the successful completion of small to medium engagements on behalf of our clients. You will be expected to work across concurrent initiatives/streams of work, for internal and external clients.

You will need to be highly flexible as delivery practices across clients is variable, both from a methodology and tooling perspective. Part of your job will also be to help mature Denver’s delivery best practices and processes to ensure we continue to operate efficiently. You will also assist with the coordination and delivery of activities in collaboration with Denver’s Team Leads and Growth Engine Owners, whilst actively managing client expectations around deliverables.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leadership and resource coordination in collaboration with Team Leads to keep deliverables on target.
- Attend team meetings / ceremonies to provide guidance to the team with regards to deliverable(s).
- Act as an internal representative to champion client’s requirements.
- Act as Denver’s client facing representative to report and champion progress.
- Prepare internal and external communications, project artifacts and reports as required.
- Build an understanding of Denver, its clients and business strategy to connect deliverables to opportunity.
- Function autonomously in a rapidly changing business landscape.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities and resource availability.
- Actively seek opportunities for process improvement/advocate for these changes through the delivery team network and broader Denver Team.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocations and delivery forecasts

**Skills and Experience**:
**Essential**
- 3-5 years IT industry experience with software/hardware and associated services delivery.
- Previous experience in a similar role, responsible for project coordination and delivery.
- Familiarity with traditional Project Management lifecycle processes and tools and how they relate to project delivery.

**Preferred**
- Certified project or delivery certification e.g., PRINCE 2, PMP, PMBOK practitioner, Scrum, SAFe and/or similar methodologies.
- Experience in authoring commercials and managing contractual deliverables, including developing negotiation and influencing skills
- Experience in the Energy & Resources sector.
- Proficient in analysing and solving problems.
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills (internal/external stakeholders). Facilitation, negotiation, and expectation management skills.
- Strong ability to give attention to details, demonstrated organisational skills and time management.
- Experience with PSA toolsets such as Mavenlink.
