What You Will Be Working On

Manage development projects for Parcel Property, acting as the key liaison between clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and successful project outcomes, whilst providing strategic assistance to the General Manager.

Other key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Coordinate development projects with clients, consultants, and partners to achieve project outcomes
  • Conduct feasibility studies and ensure accurate financial modelling for development opportunities
  • Implement project frameworks for safety, design reviews, and effective project execution
  • Develop and execute strategies for land development and innovative project solutions
  • Secure necessary government approvals and clearances for successful project completion
  • Lead and oversee Development Managers and Assistant Development Managers to ensure team alignment with project objectives, performance standards and workplace culture

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong experience in managing and delivering development projects
  • Skilled at liaising with clients, consultants, stakeholders and State/Local Government
  • Familiar with securing government approvals and adhering to planning regulations
  • Demonstrated management of development managers (at least 2 to 3 team members)
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Planning, Property Commerce (desirable)
  • 15+ years' experience in development industry (desirable)
