NSW Resources are looking for a Manager Correspondence & Briefings to undertake a job share opportunity (up to 3 days a week) for up to 12 months.

Working closely with your job share partner, but with full responsibility on the days you work, you’ll be responsible for managing and coordinating a high-pressure, high-volume environment, coordinating the flow of information between NSW Resources, the Office of the Deputy Secretary, and the Minister’s office.

You’ll need to be positive, open to change, agile and able to work with key stakeholders to meet the strategic advice needs of NSW Resources.

As Manager it will be important that you can review complex, sensitive or emerging issues and provide advice to NSW Resources executive including the Deputy Secretary.

You’ll also:

- Provide quality and timely coordination of NSW Resources’ correspondence and briefings to the Minister, Secretary and Deputy Secretary
- Manage and prepare parliamentary and ministerial material, including House Folder Notes, Budget Estimates Notes, and responses to Parliamentary Questions.
- Provide proactive strategic advice to the Minister and senior executives to support NSW Resources' priority matters.
- Lead and guide a small team in a high-pressure, high-volume environment, ensuring timely and quality outputs in partnership with your job share colleague.

**Essential requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications in law, communications, public policy, political science, or other relevant discipline and/or equivalent relevant experience.
