We are currently looking for NV1 Procurement and Contracts Managers to join our team on a permanent basis. This varied role is essential to the success of the business. A strong Defence background is essential as well as a positive attitude and the flexibility to take on tasks that may be outside of your job description. This role will be responsible for Procurement planning and contract management on several sustainment projects.

**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Plan and conduct procurement for the projects
- Develop and manage procurement documentation
- Provide procurement support to various stakeholders
- Manage contracts under the relevant framework
- Liaise with management, staff, customers, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Prepare correspondence and reports as directed
- Design and support a business wide procurement approach
- Ensure transfer of knowledge to the rest of the team

**What skills do I need?**
- Demonstrated experience in procurement and contract management
- Strong commercial acumen
- Demonstrated experience in a Defence environment
- High level attention to detail
- Knowledge of AUSDEFCON frameworks
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Hold or have the ability to gain and maintain and NV1 security clearance
