**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a dynamic Procurement & Contracts Manager responsible for the end-to-end management of all contracts managed by ElectraNet’s Assets Division.

Under the guidance of experienced team members, in this role you will identify, develop, and execute acquisition strategies to assist in securing and delivering projects in South Australia. As the Contracts Manager, you will further support the successful delivery of commercial transactions during the execution phase of the contract term, including proactively providing advice to internal customers, establishing end to end supply arrangements for the provision of goods, works and services, and maintaining corporate procurement policies, strategies and practices to deliver value for money at acceptable levels of risk.

If you're someone characterised by impactful and influential leadership, clear strategic thinking, and the ability to build relationships across broad stakeholder groups and engineering and design delivery excellence, this position is for you.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will bring;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Procurement & Contracts related role with demonstrated knowledge in category management principles and practices.
- Advanced stakeholder management skills with well-developed negotiation and resolution skills applicable to the management of contractual issues.
- Knowledge of legislated industry requirements (National Electricity Rules, ESCOSA, OTR, AEMO Guidelines)
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce/Business, Engineering, Construction/QS or from a relevant discipline.
- Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply/MCIPS (Desirable).
- South Australian Car Driver’s Licence (or eligibility to obtain one).

Similar experience within the Electricity Industry would be an added advantage.
