As the Manager, Service Contracts with the Department for Child Protection, you will oversee the strategic direction, negotiation and delivery of critical service agreements that drive reform and ensure value for money. In this role, you will

  • Lead the strategic planning, negotiation and delivery of critical service contracts
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of contract managers
  • Drive contract management and performance evaluation to ensure best practice
  • Build strong, collaborative partnerships with providers and stakeholders
  • Shape and deliver reform strategies that improve service outcomes
