**Who are we?**
Southern Cross Cleaning is part of The SCC Group, this is a forward-thinking team who are not afraid to try new things. We are growing and building a valued reputation as a commercial cleaning business. Our cleaning services are delivered to a broad range of clients private and governments schools, defence sites and supermarkets.
**What’s involved?**
You will be a part of the leadership team who will be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of clients contracting commercial cleaning services.
- Leading staff teams across various sites for the delivery of exceptional cleaning services.
- Maintain staff schedules for service delivery and respond to client service requests.
- Provide leadership in building a safety culture.
- Develop and maintain team performance, recruiting, training and recognition of staff performance.
- Plan for the supply and maintenance of equipment and consumables.
- Conduct site audits achieving client service standards.
- Schedule periodic cleaning and provide ‘hands on’ support.
There is room to grow within the business, and good results will be rewarded.
**What are we looking for?**
We are looking for a leader who goes above and beyond their requirements. We are looking for someone who can lead and wants to grow with the business. Someone who takes pride in the quality of their work and inspire others to achieve. We are looking for:
- An experienced leader with commercial cleaning experience who has a proven track record for leading teams and building a strong working relationships with clients.
- Proven experience in building staff teams, deliver training and maintaining great service.
- Resilience in managing change and strong communication skills where cleaners understand their roles, day-to-day issues are resolved and expectations are defined, negotiated and met.
- A good technical understanding of equipment, cleaning services and use of products.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and share information and resources.
- A practical hands-on approach to commercial cleaning services
