About the role

Working as part of our dynamic team, this position is pivotal to our print and production workflow. We are seeking a skilled Print Coordinator/ Customer Service Representative with experience in all aspects of the print and production process. From quoting, stock selection to Print Solutions expert.

Knowledge of all aspects of digital print methods from stock selection to artwork & printing

Prepare checks & liaise with our Graphic Design Team

Experience with programs like Print Smith, Adobe, Word and Illustrator is an advantage

With focus on Digital Print and experience with Konica Minolta and Canon Printers are an

advantage, but not essential.

Estimator & Customer relationship role

Post Press capabilities with all aspects of finishing methods, guillotine use & despatch when required

This role does not involve any Graphic Design work

About you

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the industry.

Excellent organisational and communication, ability to work to tight deadlines.

A strong commitment to customer relationship satisfaction.

Highly Proficient computer skills.

A strong attention to detail and quality.

A team-oriented mindset with a desire to help others succeed.

You are enthusiastic with a strong willingness to learn with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Annual bonus
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 07/04/2025
