We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Hotel Services Coordinator for our residential aged care facilities, community centre sites, retirement living and hotel services. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager of Hotel Services, the Hotel Services Coordinator will be an integral member of the management team. This role will be responsible for providing support to multiple residential and community facilities, arranging, and preparing for third party audits and overseeing requirements in food safety in Retirement Living. Supported by specialist teams who all assist in championing a continuous improvement program while ensuring the efficient and effective use of all resources This is a 3 year contract with opportunity for extension.

**What you bring:
- Previous experience in a similar role working in the hospitality industry, Aged Care Sector, health, or hospitals
- Minimum Certificate 4 qualifications in Hospitality / Kitchen Services / Cooking
- Certificate 4 in workplace training and assessment or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in the direct supervision and management of a team of staff across numerous locations.
- Utilise personal cooking skill set to train and educate cooks when required as directed by RMHS
- Working knowledge of OH&S, HACCP based Food Safety in Health Care, Local and State Government legislation & Regulations and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
- Demonstrated planning and organisational skills
- Victorian Licence and willingness to travel at short notice
- Advanced computer skills including MS Outlook (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Well-developed prioritisation and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and attend to multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
