Technician-Fire Safety-ESM Auditor

THE OPPORTUNITY

A fantastic opportunity has become available at our Melbourne based, Maintenance and Fire Safety company, for a motivated individual, with a “Can Do” attitude, who wants to become a part of a growing team.

Within this role, you can expect to travel throughout Melbourne Metropolitan areas, and periodically into Regional Victoria, to ensure the completion of your task requirements.

A high level of attention to detail, customer service experience, knowledge of the Building Construction process, and computer skills will be advantageous for this diverse role.

Existing knowledge, or the ability to be trained in the requirements of portable fire equipment, emergency lighting systems, exit doors, paths of travel, building regulations, and commercial/residential building maintenance, will see you become successful in this role, and secure your future.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct on-site maintenance, servicing, testing of safety equipment and/or a review of a property requirements, to ensure that our clients’ needs are consistently met.
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times whilst representing MES.
- Have the ability to both effectively work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Ability to plan and navigate your way around Melbourne and Regional Victoria effectively.
