**YOUR ROLE**

We are looking for an Operations Administrator to support the warehouse team in Pemulwuy. You will be working with internal and external clients, meeting and exceeding expectations to have inquiries, invoices and compliance processed in an accurate, prompt and courteous manner.

There will be a thorough handover from the incumbent who is retiring, and the opportunity to learn and grow into this role and make it your own Our warehouse and office environment are fast-paced and full of variety. You will have exposure to all areas of operations and get support and guidance from senior management.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this position you will possess a proven track record in a similar administrative support role, ideally in accounts receivable and/or accounts payable.

Additionally, you will be:

- An independent self-starter who is highly motivated
- You’ll possess excellent organisational and time management skills
- Be a confident and effective communicator
- Be resilient and adaptable - every day is different in this role
- Well-developed administrative skills also required.
